Your content and rights

You must have the rights and permissions required for any audio, vocals, samples, performances, artwork, or other content you upload, process, or distribute. StemFYR does not grant ownership of third-party copyrighted material.

Creative and AI tools

StemFYR and Ember are creative tools. Assisted output requires your review and does not guarantee originality, copyright protection, commercial clearance, release performance, or compatibility with every plug-in and device.

Subscriptions and credits

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation. AI-generation credits are separate, are shown before use, and are returned when an eligible job fails or is canceled before completion.

Acceptable use

Do not use StemFYR for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, service disruption, account abuse, or attempts to bypass access, safety, usage, and payment controls. Back up important projects before release.
